Architecture

Fifteen modules share a Core foundation. Clinical, money, and ops clusters compose into Starter, Professional, or Enterprise licenses.

Patient master + identifiers. Everything else hangs off this record. Visit, vitals, notes, and location events for OPD and wards. Labs, imaging, and medicines leave as orders, not WhatsApp photos. Cash invoice or NHIS XML is built from the same encounter.

Runtime

PHP 8.4, Laravel 13, Filament 5, Livewire 4, Reverb for realtime, Sanctum for FHIR and mobile auth.

Data plane

Eloquent domain models per module. Inventory owns lots and FEFO. Billing owns invoices. Insurance owns NHIS XML. FHIR transformers sit on top of those records.

Care path

Patient, then appointment, encounter, orders, pharmacy or diagnostics, invoice, and an optional NHIS claim. ADT location events keep inpatient wards honest.
