About

Hospital software that respects the ward you already have.

Flowrisehms is a modular, FHIR-aligned hospital system owned by FLOWRISEDIGITAL. They license it, deploy it on hardware you control, and train the people who will use it tomorrow morning.

Flowrisehms mark: ECG, medical cross, and rise

Core philosophy

Four commitments shape every module we ship.

01

Offline is the default, sync is the catch-up

Registration, vitals, and encounter notes write locally first. A dropped uplink pauses nothing; sync reconciles when the link returns.

02

Your server, your records

Flowrisehms installs on hardware you own. Patient data does not need to leave your facility to keep working.

03

Interoperability over lock-in

FHIR R4 resources and NHIS Claim-It XML are product surfaces, not promises. Your history stays exportable, so no vendor owns your past.

04

Modules, not monoliths

Fifteen Composer packages share one Core. License what fits today and add what tomorrow needs, without rewriting anything.

Mission

Empower healthcare providers with a modern, interoperable hospital system that puts patient care first while respecting resource-constrained environments.

Ghana first, portable by design

Flowrisehms is built for Ghanaian facilities: multi-scheme insurance, thin uplinks, and a coming national health data exchange, from CHPS compounds to polyclinics, district hospitals, and multi-branch groups. Because every capability is a module, it travels well too: a custom module can match a completely different workflow in a completely new environment.

Vendor

FLOWRISEDIGITAL owns Flowrisehms. The company site is flowrisedigitalgh.com. Write to flowrisedigitals@gmail.com. We license software you host. We do not rent you a silo.

How we work

License the modules you need. We configure the org map, train reception, nurses, pharmacy, and the claims desk, then stay on annual support. Extra development is quoted separately.

Lead developer

Mushe Abdul-Hakim

Builds and maintains every Flowrisehms module, from OPD workflows to the FHIR API, and trains the teams who run them.

Why open source

Health software should survive its vendor.

Flowrisehms is licensed commercially, but the domain modules are published on GitHub. That combination is deliberate: the license funds the work, the open code keeps your facility free.

Trust needs receipts

Hospitals put patient records and public claims money into this system. Code you cannot read is code you must blindly trust, so the domain modules are published for anyone to audit.

The docs are the repo

Every table name shown on the Modules page comes from the published source. Facility IT teams, auditors, and integrators can verify how data is stored, moved, and billed.

A license should outlive its vendor

If FLOWRISEDIGITAL disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep running, and any competent Laravel team could pick up maintenance from the public code.

Commercial support funds it, open source keeps you free

The license pays for development, training, and support. The open modules guarantee that freedom never depends on renewing a contract.

What we will not trade away

01

Interoperability

FHIR-aligned models so national exchange is a product surface, not a slide.

02

Offline access

Core ward work continues when connectivity does not.

03

PII security

Encrypted identifiers, role-based access, and an activity log.

04

Modularity

Fifteen Composer modules. Compose Starter, Professional, or Enterprise without rewriting Core.

05

Cash and NHIS

Insurance-agnostic billing. NHIS and private payers plug in; cash patients always work.
